Don't lose motivation yet! January was long and your goals are still in progress, February is your month to continue your fitness journey with us! Here at Forever Fit, we aim to aid you in your New Years Resolution to stay fit. This February, make sure to stick to your workout, but don't be too hard on yourself. February begins with the Super Bowl, indulge in your nachos and treats, it's one night! Just make sure to to get back to your routine the following day! And lets not forget about Valentines day. Or even the days following, allow yourself to have some candy! Don't restrict yourself, you're allowed to have cheat days, just don't make it everyday!
